Rubrisense ("the Service") is a Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) designed exclusively for licensed homeopathic practitioners. The Service provides AI-assisted case-taking, symptom analysis, and remedy suggestions to support clinical decision-making.

This software does NOT diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, or provide medical advice. All AI-generated content is provided as suggestions for clinical consideration only. Final clinical responsibility and all treatment decisions rest solely with the attending physician.

2. User Responsibilities

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are a licensed homeopathic practitioner authorized to practice in your jurisdiction
  • You are responsible for all clinical decisions made using information from this Service
  • You will obtain appropriate patient consent before storing digital medical records
  • You will verify and validate all AI-generated suggestions before clinical application
  • You will not rely solely on AI suggestions for patient care
  • You are responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality

3. Data Ownership

All patient data entered into the Service remains the property of the practitioner (doctor). We act as a data processor on your behalf. You retain full ownership and control of your patient records.

4. AI-Assisted Features

The Service includes AI-powered features that:

  • Generate dynamic questionnaires based on chief complaints
  • Suggest potential remedies based on symptom analysis
  • Provide repertorization support

These features are advisory tools only. AI outputs should be reviewed, verified, and validated by the practitioner before any clinical application.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rubrisense is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Clinical outcomes resulting from use of AI suggestions
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
  • Any treatment decisions made by practitioners
  • Patient outcomes related to use of this Service

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of sensitive data. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge this inherent risk.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you may request export or deletion of your data.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
