1. Cancellation Policy

Rubrisense offers a subscription-based service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

1.1 Cancellation Process

  • Log in to your account and navigate to Subscription Settings
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  • Follow the on-screen instructions

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unused service.

2.2 Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following exceptional cases:

  • If there was a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge
  • If the service was completely unavailable for a significant specific period due to our platform issues

Any such refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Digital Wallet/Credits

Any credits added to your Rubrisense wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable. They can only be used for services within the platform.
